REFUNDING THE PURCHASE OF A PRODUCT
Please note, it may take up to 10 working days to process your refund after we have received your returned item.
- Monetary refunds on Cash On Delivery (COD) purchases, or purchases made by credit or debit card, are not accepted.
- Orders can only be exchanged for another size or product of the same monetary value. Any exchanges will be subject to the same shipping fees and procedures if applicable.
- Please note that shipping fees, COD fees, taxes and/or customs duties incurred will not be refunded.
Used items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
ORGANISING RETURNS & EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS
- To organise a return or exchange, please complete the following steps within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Email email@example.com with your order details, and the reason for the return.
- Include details of the product you would like to exchange your purchased item with.
- You will receive an email from our Customer Service team with details and further instructions on returning your products.
- Returned items must be received within 7 days. Any returns received after the mentioned period will not be processed and the goods will be returned to the customer.
- Please note that returns will incur a shipping fee.
- All orders must be returned in one package.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure you include any tags, leaflets and packaging that may have been included.
- All items are quality checked before dispatching, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Our Customer Service team will email you to confirm that your return item(s) has been received and will process the refund/exchange.

SKT LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.
Returns made outside of the 7-day time-frame will not be accepted.
